Arig is intent on acquiring an additional 34% stake in Gulf Warranties

The company ONIC Holdings has ceded the 34% shares it detains in Gulf Warranties to Arig (Arab Insurance Group) in a transaction worth 247 000 USD. Arig, which already detains 66% in this entity, will now have a 100% control of its capital.
