AXA does not intend to proceed to an increase of its capital

During its recent general assembly, AXA has indicated that it does not plan to proceed to an increase of its capital.
At the Paris stock exchange, the insurer's share has gained 10.016% at 12.745 EUR (17.18 USD), the highest level in two months.
