Chubb makes two new appointments

The Chubb Group has announced two new senior appointments.

Tim Boroughs has been named Group Vice Chairman and Executive Chairman of the Asset Management division. A long-serving executive, Boroughs joined Chubb in 2000 and has held several key leadership roles over his 25 years with the company, most recently serving as Chief Investment Officer.

Succeeding him as Chief Investment Officer is Chris Hogan, who has also been promoted to Senior Vice President of the Group. Hogan joined Chubb in 2023 as Co-Chief Investment Officer after 22 years with the US bank Goldman Sachs.
