El Amana Takaful: share capital increase

The Board of Directors of El Amana Takaful has decided to increase the company's share capital through a cash contribution.

The operation will give rise to the issue of 604 350 new shares with a nominal value of 10 TND (3.168 USD) each.

This increase will bring the company's share capital from 14 101 510 TND (4 467 654 USD) to 20 145 010 TND (6 382 362 USD).
