According to Badri Management Consultancy, all 25 insurers listed on the Saudi stock exchange closed the 2024 financial year with insurance revenue of 65 billion SAR (17.3 billion USD), representing a 14% increase compared to the 57 billion SAR (15.2 billion USD) recorded a year earlier.
Insurance service result remained stable at 2.8 billion SAR (745 million USD).
Profit after zakat (Islamic tax) dropped from 3.3 billion SAR (879.5 million USD) at end-December 2023 to 3.2 billion SAR (851.5 million USD) a year later, falling by 3%.
