Maud Petit, new CEO of Covéa

Maud Petit has been promoted to CEO of Covéa, replacing Thierry Derez, who is taking on the role of Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors.

T. Derez succeeds Michel Gougnard, who has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the French mutual. These appointments will take effect on 1 July 2025.

M. Petit has been Deputy Managing Director of the Covéa Group since February 2024.
