PartnerRe: 2024 results

PartnerRe closed the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 9.35 billion USD, up by 2.7% on the 9.1 billion USD posted a year earlier.

The Bermudan reinsurer recorded a net profit of 1.44 billion USD against 2.32 billion USD achieved at end-December 2023, marking a 37.9% decline.

The operating result dropped by 15.9% to 1.22 billion USD. Return on equity (ROE) was 14%.

As at 31 December of the previous year, net investment income stood at 773 million USD, an increase of 19.7% year-on-year.
