RSA Insurance to become Intact Insurance

UK-based insurer RSA Insurance is set to change its name to Intact Insurance by the end of 2025.

Originally established in 1710 as Sun Fire Office, RSA Insurance has undergone several changes over the years, the most recent being its acquisition by Canadian non-life insurer Intact Financial Corporation in 2021.

This rebranding is consistent with the latest acquirer's strategy to bring its operations under a single global brand.
