Sanlam Maroc has published its key business indicators for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The company reported a turnover of 6.282 billion MAD (608.7 million USD), reflecting a 2.1% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, the insurer’s net profit grew by 5.5%, reaching 418 million MAD (40.5 million USD) by year-end.
The company’s technical reserves also saw a modest rise of 1.1%, reaching 15.588 billion MAD (1.5 billion USD). In line with this growth, shareholders' equity increased by 1.9%, totaling 5.331 billion MAD (516.5 million USD) compared to 2023.
Sanlam Maroc's Board of Directors will propose a dividend distribution of 81 MAD (7.8 USD) per share for the 2024 financial year during the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
