SanlamAllianz: merger approved in Madagascar

SanlamAllianz has obtained approval from the banking and financial supervision commission (CSBF) to merge its operating subsidiaries Sanlam and Allianz in Madagascar.

This transaction has given birth to “SanlamAllianz Madagascar Assurances”.

Christel Chesne has been appointed General Manager of the merged entity.
