SCOR finalizes the sale of Humensis

SCOR has finalized the sale of its stake in Humensis, its publishing subsidiary to Huyghens de Participations, the holding company of the French publishing group Albin Michel.

In October 2024, the two groups entered into exclusive negotiations for a potential transaction.

Founded in 2016, Humensis has been supported by SCOR to become the ninth-largest generalist and educational publishing group in France.
