Towards the development of a digital platform for Tunisia's insurance sector

The Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA) is committed to developing an online platform aimed at modernizing the sector.

This tool will provide information on the market, companies, products and services.

The creation of an agency to combat insurance fraud is also planned for the near future, once the articles of association are finalized.

These were statements made by Hatem Amira, Executive Director of FTUSA, during the 17^th Carthage Insurance and Reinsurance Rendez-Vous, held in Tunis from 19 to 22 May 2024 under the theme “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Challenges for Insurance”.

During his speech, H. Amira also stressed the need to introduce AI into the insurance sector to improve and personalize services.
