Towards digital court-insurer exchanges

The Ministry of Justice, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) and the Moroccan Insurance Federation (FMA) signed a partnership agreement in Casablanca on 16 December 2024. This agreement is in line with the three parties' efforts to reinforce digitization in the justice and insurance sectors.

This partnership is primarily aimed at simplifying and modernizing exchanges between the courts and Moroccan insurance companies, through the establishment of a digital platform for the management of data and legal proceedings.
